- flowerets of 1 bunch broccoli (2 c.)
- flowerets of 1 head cauliflower (2 c.)
- 1 red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
- 1 medium red onion, chopped (1 c.)
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian salad dressing (nonfat)
- freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions

1Steam broccoli in saucepan for 2 minutes or until tender-crisp.

2Rinse immediately in ice water.

3Combine with cauliflower, red pepper and onion in bowl with airtight lid.

4Add salad dressing and pepper; mix well.

5Chill, covered, for 24 hours or longer, stirring occasionally.

6Yields 8 servings.
