  • 1 large can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (mild or hot, depending on your taste)
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. or more fresh cilantro
  • 2 garlic cloves or 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 jalapeno (optional)

    Throw everything into a blender and pulse a few times. Put in jars and get your favorite chips! Enjoy! Will keep in your refrigerator for 2 to 3 weeks.
