- 2 lbs chuck roast
- 2 tablespoons garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 11 1/4 fluid ounces dark beer (Guinness)
- 1 (2 ounce) package onion soup mix (Lipton)
- 2 teaspoons salt
Directions

1Fry the garlic and the meat with the oil until brown in a medium pot.

2Mix beer, soup mix and salt in a blender.

3Pour it on top of the meat and let it simmer for about 2 hours, turn the meat every 1/2 hour.
