- 1 chuck roast (about 3 lb.)
- 1 envelope Lipton's onion-mushroom soup
Directions

1Trim excess fat off roast.

2Rub meat on both sides with the soup mix.

3Line a roasting pan with enough heavy duty foil to make a tent.

4Place meat in pan and fold foil over, securing all edges to prevent steam from escaping.

5Place in oven and roast for about 2 1/2 hours at 350°.

6Leftovers may be used for sandwiches or soup.
