- 1/2 lb. bacon slices
- 3 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, cut up
- 1 stalk celery, cut
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 1 1/2 c. ketchup
- 3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 cans beans (29 oz. or less)
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp; set aside.

2Drain fat from pan.

3In same pan, cook and stir beef, onion and celery until meat is brown and onion is tender.

4Stir bouillon cubes in boiling water; stir bouillon and remaining ingredients into meat mixture.

5Cover and cook for 1 hour or until hot and bubbly.

6Makes 12 (1 cup) servings.
