  • 1 lb. chopped beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. Bisquick
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped chilies

Directions

    Fry beef and onion until brown; drain.

    Stir in seasoning mix. Spread meat in a 10-inch greased pie plate and top with drained chilies.

    Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth.

    Pour over meat and bake for 20 minutes at 400°.

    Arrange tomatoes over pie and sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake an additional minute or until knife inserted comes out clean.

    Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
