- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 medium potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/4 c. instant minced onions
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can cut green beans
Directions

1Cook and stir ground beef in 10-inch skillet over hot coals or on stove until light brown; drain.

2Stir in potatoes, onion, salt and bouillon.

3Add liquid from tomatoes and beans to skillet.

4Heat to boiling.

5Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes.

6Stir in tomatoes and beans.

7Break up tomatoes with fork; cover and simmer until potatoes are done.
