  • 12 lb bacon
  • 3 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup celery
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 23 cup boiling water
  • 1 12 garlic cloves
  • 1 12 cups ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 (29 ounce) cansmolasses style baked beans

    Preheat oven to 375F.

    Fry bacon and set aside.

    In the same pan, brown the ground beef with the celery.

    Dissolve bouillon cubes in the boiling water.

    Stir all ingredients except the bacon together in a large dutch oven.

    Cover and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

    Crumble bacon on top and serve hot.
