- 16 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 20 ounces hot salsa
Directions

1Brown sausage in a large skillet, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink, rinse and drain.

2Stir together sausage and remaining ingredients in a 2 1/2 quart slow cooker.

3Cover and cook on low for 2 hours or until cheese melts.
