  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 2 tsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 c. cayenne
  • 1 bouillon cube

    Peel and dice potatoes and cook until tender.

    Drain.

    Melt butter in 3-quart pot.

    Cover and cook until tender.
