  • 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed lightly in microwave
  • 1 c. diced onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 8 oz. cheese, shredded

Directions

    Mix all together and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch dish. Sprinkle with paprika.

    Cover with foil and cook 1 hour at 375°. Uncover last few minutes and brown.
