Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1 1/2 lb. round steak
- 1 can Campbell's beef bouillon
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- approximately 3 Tbsp. flour
- water (if needed)
Directions

1Saute onion in butter.

2Cut steak across grain into strips and add to onion.

3Cook over low heat until beef is brown.

4Pour in bouillon and cover with lid.

5Let simmer for about 1 hour or until tender.

6Make sure liquid does not boil out.

7Stir in mushrooms and let cook for about 5 minutes.

8Add flour to the beef mixture to thicken the sauce for gravy, using water if more gravy is needed.

9Add sour cream; stir.

10Serve over hot, cooked noodles or rice.
