- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. apple cider
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. olive oil (extra light)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
Directions

1In shallow dish, combine all ingredients and marinate overnight turning occasionally.

2Pour off marinade and reserve for basting.

3Arrange chicken in pan and bake in a 400° oven for 30 minutes or until done.

4Baste with marinade every 10 minutes.
