Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. apple cider
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. olive oil (extra light)
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger

Directions

    In shallow dish, combine all ingredients and marinate overnight turning occasionally.

    Pour off marinade and reserve for basting.

    Arrange chicken in pan and bake in a 400° oven for 30 minutes or until done.

    Baste with marinade every 10 minutes.
