Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (1 to 2 medium lemons)
  • 3 tblespoons water
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 !/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 medium cloves garlic, minced or 1 teaspoon bottled minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients. Shake well and refrigerate.
