  • 4 (3 ounce) boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 3 ounces light cream cheese
  • 34 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 12 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped

Directions

    Rinse chicken and pat dry.

    Season both sides with salt and pepper.

    Heat a large skillet, spray with cooking spray.

    Add the oil: brown chicken on both sides.
