- 4 garlic cloves
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 cup olive oil
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Directions

1place all ingredients EXCEPT OIL in food processor or blender.

2turn the machine on and add the oil slowly until it looks smooth-ish.

3process a little longer, scraping down sides until everything is combined.

4store in an air tight container, covered with a layer of olive oil to prevent browning.
