- 1 can (14.5 Oz.) Diced Or Peeled Tomatoes
- 1 can (10 Oz.) Rotel
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1 dash Salt
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 bunch Cilantro (leaves Only)
- 1 Tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes
Directions

1Put tomatoes and Rotel in a food processor.

2Pulse till well chopped and mixed.

3Add remaining ingredients except cilantro.

4Pulse well.

5Break cilantro leaves off stems.

6Add leaves to the mixture and pulse lightly.

7Ready to serve or refrigerate for up to 4 days.

8(Spiciness depends on how many red pepper flakes you use.

9Also, the longer it sits, the hotter it gets.)
