  • 1 can (14.5 Oz.) Diced Or Peeled Tomatoes
  • 1 can (10 Oz.) Rotel
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 bunch Cilantro (leaves Only)
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes

Directions

    Put tomatoes and Rotel in a food processor.

    Pulse till well chopped and mixed.

    Add remaining ingredients except cilantro.

    Pulse well.

    Break cilantro leaves off stems.

    Add leaves to the mixture and pulse lightly.

    Ready to serve or refrigerate for up to 4 days.
