  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 large, chopped onions
  • 1 toe garlic
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
  • 3 large bay leaves
  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. allspice
