  • 1 medium zuchini cubed
  • 1 medium yellow squash cubed
  • 1 sweet potato cubed
  • 2 dash ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup water

Directions

    Warm skillet with a little oil or butter.

    Add fresh veggies and cinnamon.. Sautee for about 5 minutes then add water cover turn down to about medium and allow simmering til the texture you like.. hint.. might start the potatoes alone a few minutes before the squash if you like your squash crunchy.
