- 2 medium acorn squash
- 4 pats butter
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- cinnamon
Directions

1Halve and core squash; place halves in baking dish, cut side down.

2Fill pan with about 1/2-inch water.

3Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until tender.

4Turn squash over and fill cavity with pat of butter.

5Sprinkle surface of cavity with 1 tablespoon of sugar or to desired sweetness.

6Generously dust with cinnamon and bake for 15 minutes more.

7Serve individually in small bowls. Even little children like this because it tastes like cinnamon toast.
