- 3 oz bacon
- 3 large eggs
- 1 salt
- 1 ground black pepper
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp butter
Directions

1In a cold pan add bacon.

2Then heat.

3sprinkle top side of bacon pieces with half the cinnamon.

4When a bit crisp turn and do the same on the other side.

5Fry till crispy

6Add butter to a heated pan let it melt.

7Add the eggs, don't break the yokes.

8Now add salt and pepper.

9Cover and add water to steam cook the top of egg whites, just a few seconds.

10The yokes should still be runny.
