- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs, separated
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 cups milk
Directions

1Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a large bowl and whisk to blend, then set aside.

3In another bowl, add the egg yolks, vanilla, oil and milk, whisking slightly to combine.

4Add the egg yolk mixture to the dry ingredients and beat until well mixed.

5Fold in the egg whites just until combined.
