  • 3 c. Recip-Ease baking mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. warm water
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Grease bottom of a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.

    Combine baking mix, eggs and milk in mixing bowl; blend well.

    Turn dough out onto surface lightly coated with baking mix and knead gently about 10 times.

    Roll or pat into a 9 x 12-inch rectangle.

    Spread with butter to within 1/2-inch of edges. Combine sugar and cinnamon evenly over dough.

    Roll up jelly roll style and pinch seam together.

    Place in pan seam side up and bake 40 to 45 minutes.

    Drizzle icing made of confectioners sugar, water and vanilla over warm bread.
