- 4 1/2 c. sifted flour
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Sift flour, salt and sugar.

2Heat milk until very warm (not hot).

3Dissolve yeast in milk.

4Pour into flour.

5Add beaten eggs, melted butter and cinnamon.

6Add flour (enough to be able to handle dough).

7Knead dough; put into greased bowl.

8Let rise for 30 minutes.

9Punch down.
-
10Knead again.
-
11Let rise 30 minutes more.

12Punch down.

13Brush with melted butter.

14Put in greased loaf pan.

15Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
