- 4 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- red food coloring
- 6 to 8 drops oil of cinnamon
Directions

1Put sugar, syrup, water, salt and food coloring in pan.

2Stir only to dissolve.

3Cook to 300°. Remove from heat.

4Add butter, vinegar and oil of cinnamon.

5Stir as little as possible. Pour into 2 (9 x 13-inch) greased pans.

6Let cool and break into small pieces.
