Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. yeast, dissolved in 1 c. warm water
- 1 qt. scalded milk
- 2 c. mashed potatoes without milk
- 1 c. margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 6 c. flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 11 to 12 c. flour
Directions

1Mix yeast, milk, potatoes, margarine and sugar.

2Add flour. Mix well and let stand 20 minutes.

3Add eggs, salt and 11 to 12 cups flour. Knead really well.

4Let rise until double.

5Punch down and roll out for buns.

6Spread on butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts.

7Makes approximately 13 pans.
