  • 3 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. corn syrup
  • 1 c. water
  • food coloring
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon oil

Directions

    In saucepan put together sugar, corn syrup and water.

    Stir until clear.

    Let simmer, cook to 310° on candy thermometer. Remove from

    heat.

    Add food coloring to tint.

    Stir in cinnamon oil.

    Pour on cookie sheet.

    Cool and break apart.
