- 1 1/3 c. oil
- 6 eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
Directions

1Peel and slice carrots. Cook abut 20 minutes until tender. Mash carrots with potato masher. Grease and flour three 9-inch pans. Set aside.
