- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 Tbsp. apple juice or white wine or white grape juice
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- pinch of nutmeg
Directions

1Cook carrots in boiling water 10 minutes.

3Melt margarine in skillet.

4Heat carrots and parsley thoroughly. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.

5Stir and cook 1 additional minute.
