- 2 cans cherry pie filling
- 4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
Directions

1Butter baking pan.

2Arrange cherry pie filling in bottom of pan.

3Drizzle with lemon juice.

4In a bowl, mix flour, sugar and cinnamon.

5With a fork, blend in the egg to make a crumbly mixture.

6Sprinkle the mixture over the cherries.

7Drizzle with melted butter.

8Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes or until top is crisp and cherries are bubbly.

9Serve warm or cooled with vanilla ice cream.
