  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 large egg, separated
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

    Mix flour and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

    butter and brown sugar with electric mixer until fluffy.

    For topping, beat egg whites with a fork until frothy, brush over dough.
