- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Sift together first four ingredients.

2Cream until light brown sugar and butter.

3Beat in honey and vanilla.

4Add alternately with flour mixture the milk.

5Chill at least one hour.

6Divide dough in quarters.

7Roll thinly on well floured board.

8Cut into 3 x 5-inch rectangles.

9Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

10Score with fork.

11Combine cinnamon and sugar; sprinkle on each rectangle. Bake 13 to 15 minutes at 350°.
