- 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter, softened
- 2/3 Cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 1/2 Cups Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- Pinch Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 1 Pear, rough cut
- 1 1/2 Cups Cool Whip
Directions

1Grease 9' round baking pan

2In mixer with paddle attachment cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy.

3Add eggs one at a time beating after each addition and stir in vanilla

4In large bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and add to mixture alternating with the milk, beat until combined.

5Gently fold in 1/3 of pears.

6Spread evenly into prepared pan, top with pear chunks and Bake 45 minutes until toothpick is clean.

7Let cool completely, top with cool whip and dust with cinnamon.
