  • 1 tsp. water
  • 1 lb. pecan halves
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/3 tsp. salt

Directions

    Beat egg white and water until foamy.

    Add pecans and other ingredients.

    Make sure nuts are covered completely.

    Put on buttered pan and bake at 225° for 1 hour.

    Take out every 15 minutes and stir.
