Ingredients
- 4 cup flour
- 2 cup sugar divided
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup rasins
- 3 tsp cinnamon
Directions

1preheat oven to 350F

2in large bowl combine flour, 1 1/2 cups sugar, baking soda and ssalt.

3in a small bowl whisk eggs, buttermilk and oil.

4stir wet into dry until just moist.

5stir in rasins
-
6combine remaining sugar and cinnamon and set asside

7spoon 1/2 the batter into 2 greased loaf pans

8sprinkle 1/2 the cinnamon sugar mix over batter then top with remaining batter then remaining cinnamon sugar mixture

9use a knife to cut thru the batter and swirl

10bake for 55 to 60 minutes

11cool in pan for 10 minutes then remove to wire racks to cool completly

12you can wrap in foil and freeze for up to three months
-
13to use a frozen loaf thaw at room tempurature and you're good to go!
