- 9 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 6 eggs
- nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla
- 3/4 c. lukewarm water (for yeast)
- 3 tsp. salt
- 1 c. oleo
- 2 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Use dough hooks for this recipe.

2Put yeast in lukewarm water with 2 teaspoons sugar in a lukewarm bowl.

3Leave set 15 to 20 minutes.

4Scald milk.

5Beat eggs well, then add eggs to cooled milk mixture.

6In mixing bowl, put sugar, oleo, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla.

7Cream mixture well.

8Add warm milk mixture.

9Beat well.

10Add yeast.

11Beat well.

12Add sifted flour, 1 cup at a time. Put in well-greased large bowl.

13Let rise overnight in refrigerator.
