- 2 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 1/4 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. softened butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. egg custard mix
- 3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Soften yeast in water in a large mixing bowl.

2Add butter, salt and dry custard mix.

3Stir until dissolved.

4Gradually add flour, mixing well.

5Knead dough on lightly floured surface 12 times. Roll out dough on floured surface.

6Spread with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.

7Roll up into a log.

8Cut in pieces and put in greased baking pans.

9Cover and let rise about 30 minutes.

10Bake at 400° for 15 to 18 minutes.
