- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. oleo
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 5 c. flour
Directions

1Stir yeast and 2 tablespoons sugar in warm water.

2Let set 15 minutes.

3Heat milk and 1/2 cup oleo in saucepan.

4Measure sugar and salt in large mixing bowl.

5Pour in milk mixture.

6Stir until dissolved.

7When lukewarm, add eggs and yeast mixture.

8Add 2 1/2 cups flour; stir.

9Add remaining flour and mix well.

10Turn out on floured board.

11Knead until smooth and elastic for 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl; let rise until double in bulk, about 2 hours.

12Punch down and let dough rest for 30 minutes.

13Roll dough out on floured board.

14Spread other 1/2 cup oleo over the dough. Mix cinnamon and sugar (1/4 cup and 3/4 cup).

15Sprinkle over the oleo; roll and slice.

16You may leave some for doughnuts.

17Let rolls rise until double, about 2 hours.
