Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. warm water (not hot)
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. yeast
- 1/3 c. 3 Tbsp. butter/oleo
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs beaten
- 7 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Mix water, sugar, yeast into large mixing bowl.

2Let set 5-10 minutes until bubbles form.

3Add eggs, butter, salt.

4Then add flour gradually stirring with wooden spoon.

5When too thick to stir add flour in small mounts, kneading until a soft dough and elastic. Let rise until double (about one hour).

6Punch down and divide into pieces and let set covered 10 minutes.

7Roll into triangles.

8Brush on butter and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture.

9Roll into jelly roll, cut into 3/4 inch to one inch pieces.

10Place into cake pan or greased cookie sheet.

11Let rise until double.

12Bake at 375° for 25 minutes until good and brown.

13Brush on frosting/glaze while hot so it melts.

14Can be frozen.

15To warm up heat oven to 350° and turn off.

16Put in rolls for 30 minutes.

17They will be just like fresh baked.
-
18Makes about 45 rolls.
