- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 egg
- 3 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Scald milk.

2Combine sugar, oil and salt in bowl.

3Add milk; stir until dissolves.

4Cool to lukewarm.

5Soften yeast in water. Add to milk mixture.

6Beat egg; add to milk mix. Add flour and mix to soft dough.

7Knead 3 to 4 minutes.

8Put in greased bowl; rise in warm place for 1 hour.

9Roll 1/3 oblong, 1/4-inch thick.

10Brush with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

11Roll out and cut 1-inch slices.

12Lay flat in greased round pan.

13Rise 1 hour. Bake at 370° for 20 minutes.
