  • 1/4 c. red cinnamon candies
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 c. applesauce
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Miracle Whip
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Dissolve candies in boiling water; add jello, stirring until dissolved. Chill until partially set.

    Fold in applesauce.

    Turn into a 10 x 6 x 2-inch dish and chill until firm.

    Cream remaining ingredients together and spread over gelatin mixture.

    Grate a little cheese over top for garnish.
