- 1 loaf sandwich bread, crusts removed and rolled flat
- 1 egg yolk
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 sticks melted margarine or butter
- sugar and cinnamon for rolling
Directions

1Mix beaten egg yolk, softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar together.

2Spread on flattened sandwich bread.

3Roll up each slice of sandwich bread and then roll in melted butter and then roll into a mixture of granulated sugar and cinnamon.

4(About 1 cup sugar and 2 to 3 tablespoons cinnamon.)

5These have to be completely frozen before baking so, after rolling up a batch, lay them out on a sheet of foil; cover with a sheet of plastic wrap and top with more roll ups.

6Repeat process until all of the bread is used.

7Freeze overnight or until you plan to bake them.
