- FOR THE CINNAMON SUGAR:
- 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1/3 cups White Sugar
- FOR THE BREAD:
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/3 cups Vegetable Oil

11. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x5 loaf pan. Prepare the cinnamon sugar mixture and set aside.

22. For the bread, in a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add egg, milk and oil to flour mixture. Mix until just moistened.

33. Pour half of batter into pan. Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar, reserving some for sprinkling on top. Cover with remaining batter. Sprinkle with the reserved cinnamon and sugar.

44. Bake for 45 minutes or until it tests done. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes and then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
