Cinnamon Sugar Pecans

  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Tbsp. water

Directions

    Beat egg white and water until fluffy (not stiff).

    Stir in sugar, salt and cinnamon.

    Add pecans; stir until pecans are coated.

    Spread onto pan and bake at 200° for 45 minutes (or until not sticky).

    Stir every 15 minutes.

    When cool, store in airtight container.
