  • 12 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 14 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 cup evaporated milk

Directions

    Combine sugar, water, corn syrup and cinnamon; stir constantly until it reaches a boil.

    Cook for 2-3 minutes.

    Remove from heat and let stand until warm, NOT HOT.
