- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. cake flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add eggs, beating well.

3Beat in sour cream.

4Mix flour, soda and salt; add to butter mixture and beat well.

5Beat in vanilla.

6Mix pecans, cinnamon and sugar.

7Put half of pecan mixture in bottom of a tube pan.

8Pour in batter; top with remaining pecan mixture.

9Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until done.
