Ingredients: 1 cup cooked black beans; 1/2 cup orange juice; 1 bell pepper; half julienne; 1 lime; 1/2 tsp lemon peel seasoning; 1/2 tsp ground coriander seed; 1 pinch salt and peppercorn melange; 1 vegetable oil; as needed

Marinate beans in orange juice for a couple hours.

Drain.

Heat oil in a large saute pan.

Add bell pepper.

Sweat until tender.
