  • 12 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon onion, minced to taste
  • 2 teaspoons lemon rind, grated
  • 14 teaspoon white pepper
  • 12 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice, frozen concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon orange rind, grated

Directions

    For either butter: in a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.

    Beat until fluffy & well mixed.

    Cover & refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
