- 3 cups low fat milk or soymilk
- 1 cup cornflour
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest finely
- 1 cup apple juice concentrate
- orange juice cup freshly squeezed
Directions

1Mix some milk with the cornflour to make a paste. Place the remaining milk, zest, apple juice concentrate and cornflour mixture in a saucepan. Slowly simmer until the custard begins to boil and thicken.

2Remove from heat and stir in the orange juice (add more or less OJ for a thinner or thicker consistency).
