- 1 pkg. dry leak soup by Knorr
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. light cream
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 large deep dish pie crusts, unbaked
Directions

1Blend soup with milk.

2Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cool slightly.

3Stir in cream and cheese.

4Refrigerate 20 minutes until cool.

5Beat eggs in bowl.

6Add soup mixture, then dry ingredients.

7Pour into pie shells.

8Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
